1. Agreement and Acceptance

1.1 Binding Agreement. These Terms of Use form a legally binding agreement between you and Soul Alchemy World Limited governing your access to and use of the Services.

1.2 Covered Properties and Features. These Terms apply to www.soulalchemyworld.com, www.soulmatch.store, the Shop, Soul Match, Healing Hub, user accounts, digital content, AI-supported or automated features, customer support, ordering functions, checkout, fulfillment support, and related online experiences operated or made available by the Company.

1.3 Acceptance by Use. By accessing, browsing, registering, purchasing, submitting information, using Soul Match or Healing Hub, interacting with AI-supported features, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1.4 No Use Without Acceptance. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services, create an account, submit information, purchase products, interact with Soul Match, rely on outputs, or use any content made available through the Services.

1.5 Policy Stack. These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy, AI Emotional Support and Non-Medical Disclaimer, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, cookie notices, consent banners, product-specific notices, service-specific notices, promotion rules, and any additional terms displayed at or before checkout. Each is incorporated by reference where applicable.

1.6 Updates. We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, business operations, product categories, AI features, or risk disclosures. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, unless separate consent is required by applicable law.

1.7 Additional Terms. Certain products, services, memberships, subscriptions, digital tools, partner offerings, events, promotions, beta features, or creator campaigns may be subject to additional terms. If additional terms conflict with these Terms, the additional terms control only for the specific product, service, promotion, or feature to which they apply.

2. Definitions

2.1 SAW, Company, we, us, or our means Soul Alchemy World Limited.

2.2 Soul Alchemy World means the Company's brand and commercial ecosystem integrating technology, emotional wellness, lifestyle aesthetics, digital tools, product commerce, and content experiences.

2.3 Soul Match means the Company's mood-first emotional and psychological support system, including mood input, path selection, routing logic, self-reflection features, AI-supported outputs, digital support tools, and, where applicable, service or product recommendations.

2.4 Healing Hub means the service and digital-support area within or connected to Soul Match that may route users to online support, self-reflection tools, toolkits, journaling-style features, breathing references, educational content, digital wellness features, or partner service pathways.

2.5 Shop or Commerce Layer means the Company's e-commerce layer that displays and sells lifestyle products, wearable wellness products, home ambiance objects, art pieces, giftable objects, digital products, and related goods.

2.6 Services means the websites, Shop, Soul Match, Healing Hub, digital tools, content, accounts, customer support, ordering functions, checkout, fulfillment support, and related online experiences made available by the Company.

2.7 User, you, or your means any person who accesses, browses, purchases from, registers for, submits information to, interacts with, or otherwise uses the Services.

2.8 AI Output means text, prompts, routes, reflections, product suggestions, content suggestions, recommendations, generated images, summaries, or other outputs generated or assisted by artificial intelligence, automated logic, scoring rules, or routing systems.

2.9 Mood Input Data means voluntary mood selections, path selections, intent signals, time-of-day selections, self-reflection prompts, journaling-style inputs, contextual preferences, and related non-clinical information submitted through Soul Match or Healing Hub.

2.10 User Content means reviews, testimonials, ratings, comments, messages, images, survey responses, mood inputs, preferences, feedback, self-reflection text, support messages, or other content that you submit through the Services.

3. Brand, System, and Commerce Layer

3.1 Brand Positioning. Soul Alchemy World is a brand integrating technology, emotional wellness, and lifestyle aesthetics. It is not solely a psychological counseling platform, medical platform, clinical treatment provider, crisis service, or professional therapy service.

3.2 Soul Match System. Soul Match is a mood-first emotional and psychological support system that may route users to self-reflection content, digital tools, services, product recommendations, or commerce outputs based on voluntary mood inputs, path selections, intent signals, time-of-day preferences, and user preferences.

3.3 Healing Hub Role. Healing Hub may provide service routing, toolkits, journaling-style tools, self-reflection prompts, breathing support references, educational content, online support pathways, and digital wellness experiences. Healing Hub is not a substitute for medical care, licensed psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, emergency support, or crisis intervention.

3.4 Shop Role. The Shop is the e-commerce layer for lifestyle products, wearable wellness products, home ambiance objects, art pieces, giftable objects, digital content, and related goods. Product pages are provided for shopping, product education, order support, and customer support purposes.

3.5 No Role Confusion. The brand, Soul Match, Healing Hub, and the Shop are related parts of the Company's ecosystem, but they have different roles. The Company may provide emotional wellness content and lifestyle products without representing that every product, tool, or recommendation is a psychological, medical, therapeutic, or clinical intervention.

4. Eligibility, Age, and Account Requirements

4.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to create an account, purchase products, use paid features, or use Services intended for adults.

4.2 Minors. The Services are not directed to minors. If a minor accesses the Services, such access must occur only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian and only where permitted by applicable law. The Company may restrict or disable access where age, guardian consent, or safety requirements are not satisfied.

4.3 Guardian Responsibility. A parent or legal guardian who allows a minor to access the Services is responsible for supervising that use, ensuring that the minor does not submit sensitive information or rely on outputs for health or safety decisions, and reviewing all applicable policies.

4.4 Authority to Use. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4.5 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to promptly update your information where necessary.

4.6 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, except to the extent caused by the Company's unlawful conduct or as otherwise required by applicable law.

4.7 Unauthorized Access. You must notify the Company promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to or misuse of your account.

5. Description of Services

5.1 Brand Content. The Company may provide brand stories, lifestyle content, educational content, product inspiration, aesthetic direction, creator-driven content, wellness-related content, and other editorial or visual materials.

5.2 Soul Match Features. Soul Match may provide mood input, path selection, intent refinement or automated intent resolution, self-reflection prompts, journaling-style tools, breathing support references, service routing, product routing, recommendation logic, AI-supported outputs, and rules-based outputs.

5.3 Healing Hub Features. Healing Hub may provide online-support routing, self-care toolkits, mood check-ins, journaling-style prompts, digital wellness tools, breathing references, content suggestions, and where applicable links or routes to third-party or partner service providers.

5.4 Commerce Features. The Shop may allow users to browse products, view product information, place orders, make payments, receive tracking information, request customer support, and access digital products or content where available.

5.5 Service Changes. The Company may modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, or limit any feature, product, service, interface, AI model, content, route, recommendation logic, or availability at any time, subject to applicable law and customer rights for confirmed orders.

5.6 No Guaranteed Availability. The Company does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, continuously available, or compatible with all devices, browsers, networks, countries, or regions.

6. Soul Match, Healing Hub, and Non-Medical Use

6.1 Emotional Support Only. Soul Match, Healing Hub, and related content provide emotional support, self-reflection, general mental wellness information, lifestyle inspiration, digital support routing, and lifestyle or product suggestions only.

6.2 No Medical or Clinical Service. The Services do not provide medical diagnosis, psychiatric diagnosis, psychological diagnosis, psychotherapy, counseling, clinical treatment, crisis intervention, emergency care, medical monitoring, prescription advice, disease management, or any form of medical service.

6.3 No Professional Relationship. Use of the Services does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, counselor-client, psychologist-client, fiduciary, or other licensed professional relationship between you and the Company, its founders, employees, contractors, content contributors, AI systems, or service providers.

6.4 No Clinical Decision Support. Unless a feature is expressly identified as legally compliant regulated software with supporting disclosures, the Services are not intended to provide clinical decision support, treatment plans, disease-specific instructions, diagnostic interpretations, medical triage, or clinician-facing medical recommendations.

6.5 Not for Crisis Use. The Services are not designed, staffed, certified, or monitored for emergency use, crisis intervention, suicide prevention, self-harm prevention, violence prevention, urgent medical care, or urgent psychiatric care.

6.6 Emergency Action. If you face immediate danger, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, harm to others, abuse, violence, severe psychological distress, psychosis, loss of control, medical emergency, or urgent psychiatric concerns, you must stop using the Services and immediately contact local emergency services, a crisis hotline, a hospital emergency department, or a trusted person who can assist you in real time.

6.7 User Responsibility. You are responsible for independently evaluating all content, prompts, outputs, suggestions, products, service routes, and recommendations. You should seek qualified professional support for health, safety, legal, financial, or major life decisions.

7. AI-Supported Processing and Automated Outputs

7.1 AI and Automated Logic. Some Services may use AI-supported tools, automated scoring, routing rules, recommendation logic, product selection logic, generated text, generated images, or other algorithmic processes.

7.2 Output Limitations. AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, generic, unsuitable for your circumstances, emotionally inappropriate, or based on limited information. You should not treat AI Output as fact, professional advice, diagnosis, or binding instruction.

7.3 No Legally Significant Automated Decisions. The Company does not use Soul Match or Healing Hub outputs to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you, such as eligibility for essential services, employment decisions, credit decisions, insurance decisions, medical determinations, or clinical treatment decisions.

7.4 User Control. You may ignore, override, decline, exit, or restart Soul Match, Healing Hub, or any AI-supported recommendation. Recommendations are optional and may be changed or disregarded at your discretion.

7.5 AI-Generated Images and Product Visualizations. AI-generated visuals, scene images, or spatial visualizations may be illustrative and may not exactly reproduce product colors, size, materials, dimensions, packaging, lighting, availability, or real-life appearance. Exact purchasable items are described in the product listings and checkout information.

7.6 Model and Feature Changes. AI models, prompts, routing rules, scoring weights, product selection logic, and output formats may change over time without prior notice, subject to applicable law and any required consent for material changes.

7.7 Feedback and Human Review. You may report problematic, harmful, inaccurate, unsafe, discriminatory, or inappropriate outputs through customer support. Where appropriate, the Company may provide human review or escalation, subject to operational capacity and applicable law.

8. Consent, Data, and Privacy

8.1 Privacy Policy Incorporated. The Company's Privacy Policy explains how Personal Data is collected, used, disclosed, transferred, retained, protected, and deleted. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8.2 Voluntary Inputs. Mood Input Data, self-reflection text, journaling-style entries, and related signals are voluntary. You should not submit medical records, clinical psychological records, psychiatric records, emergency information, highly sensitive personal data, or confidential third-party information unless the Company expressly requests such information for a lawful and disclosed purpose.

8.3 Sensitive Inputs. If you voluntarily submit sensitive emotional, psychological, health-related, or personal information, you acknowledge that such information may be processed only for the disclosed feature, support function, safety purpose, legal purpose, or other purpose described in the Privacy Policy or applicable consent notice.

8.4 Consent Where Required. Where required by law, the Company will obtain consent for optional Soul Match inputs, certain cookies, marketing communications, advertising technologies, sensitive-data processing, or other processing activities requiring consent.

8.5 Withdrawal and Deletion. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent as described in the Privacy Policy. You may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, opt-out, or other privacy rights where applicable.

8.6 Data Minimization. The Company seeks to limit collection and processing to information reasonably necessary for service operation, personalization, safety, security, fraud prevention, order fulfillment, legal compliance, and improvement.

8.7 Security. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your credentials, devices, and account access.

8.8 No Raw Sensitive Data Training Without Consent. The Company will not intentionally use raw sensitive psychological, emotional, or self-reflection inputs to train general AI models unless it has obtained required consent or has another lawful basis clearly disclosed to you, subject to applicable law.

9. Orders, Pricing, Payment, Taxes, and Customs

9.1 Order Acceptance. Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. The Company may accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order where permitted by law, including where inventory is unavailable, payment fails, fraud risk exists, pricing or product information is inaccurate, shipping is unavailable, or legal restrictions apply.

9.2 Prices and Availability. Prices, discounts, inventory, bundles, product availability, digital access, and promotional offers may change without notice before order acceptance. Errors may be corrected, subject to applicable consumer law.

9.3 Payment Processing. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. You authorize the Company and its payment providers to process charges, refunds, authorizations, and related transaction information for your order.

9.4 Taxes and Duties. You are responsible for taxes, duties, customs charges, import fees, foreign transaction fees, and other governmental charges that may apply to your order, except where expressly included or required by law.

9.5 Address Accuracy. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping, billing, recipient, and contact information. Delivery failures caused by inaccurate or incomplete information may be handled according to the Shipping Policy and applicable law.

9.6 Product Availability and Substitutions. The Company may limit quantities, discontinue products, update bundles, or offer replacements where products become unavailable. Any material substitution will be handled according to the applicable policy or notice.

10. Shipping, Returns, Refunds, and Digital Products

10.1 Shipping Policy. Shipping, fulfillment, tracking, customs, delivery estimates, address accuracy, damaged packages, lost packages, and international delivery matters are governed by the Company's Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10.2 Return and Refund Policy. Returns, refunds, final sale categories, product-specific reporting windows, quality issue review, replacements, store credit, and digital product refund rules are governed by the Company's Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10.3 Digital Products. Digital products, downloadable content, online tools, subscription access, immediately accessible content, AI-generated outputs, and personalized digital materials may be final sale or non-refundable after access, download, activation, delivery, or generation, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

10.4 Services and Sessions. If online support, consultation routing, partner sessions, memberships, or service bookings are offered, cancellation windows, refunds, rescheduling rules, no-show rules, provider-specific terms, and service limitations will be disclosed at or before booking where applicable.

10.5 Subscriptions and Memberships. If subscription or membership features are offered, recurring charges, renewal terms, trial rules, cancellation rules, benefits, and access limitations will be disclosed at or before checkout. You are responsible for cancelling a subscription in accordance with the applicable cancellation process if you do not want it to renew.

11. Product Information, Wellness Claims, and Safety

11.1 Lifestyle Product Positioning. Products sold through the Shop, including wearable wellness products, home ambiance objects, art pieces, giftable objects, ritual-style objects, crystals, scented products, sensory tools, and digital content, are offered as lifestyle goods, aesthetic objects, self-reflection aids, or daily support tools, unless expressly stated otherwise.

11.2 No Medical Device Representation. No product should be understood as a medical device, diagnostic instrument, treatment, cure, prevention method, or clinically validated intervention unless the applicable product page expressly states such regulatory status and provides required supporting documentation.

11.3 Subjective Experience. Any perceived emotional, sensory, aesthetic, ritual, energetic, relaxation, or wellness effect may vary by individual and is not guaranteed.

11.4 Product Safety. You are responsible for reading product descriptions, warnings, instructions, contraindications, ingredients, material information, compatibility notes, age restrictions, and safety guidance before use. Stop using a product if irritation, discomfort, malfunction, allergic reaction, or safety concern occurs and seek appropriate professional advice where needed.

11.5 No Substitution for Care. Products and digital tools should not be used as a substitute for prescribed medication, medical treatment, therapy, counseling, safety planning, professional care, or emergency support.

12. Service and Third-Party Provider Routing

12.1 Optional Service Routes. Soul Match or Healing Hub may route users to content, tools, online support, partner services, third-party providers, booking pages, or external resources. Such routes are optional.

12.2 Third-Party Terms. Third-party services may be subject to separate third-party terms, privacy policies, professional standards, fees, cancellation rules, and eligibility requirements. You must review those terms before using third-party services.

12.3 No Endorsement of Outcomes. A route, link, listing, or recommendation does not guarantee provider quality, suitability, availability, safety, effectiveness, licensing status, professional outcome, or fitness for your circumstances.

12.4 Provider Responsibility. If a third-party licensed professional or service provider delivers services directly to you, that provider is responsible for their own professional services, legal duties, informed consent, recordkeeping, and compliance obligations, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

12.5 Company Role. Unless expressly stated, the Company is not the provider of medical care, therapy, counseling, or emergency services and does not supervise or control independent third-party clinical judgments or professional services.

13. User Content, Reviews, and Feedback

13.1 User Content Responsibility. You are responsible for the User Content you submit and must ensure that it is lawful, accurate, not misleading, and that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit it.

13.2 License to Company. To the extent permitted by law, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, translate, distribute, create derivative works from, and otherwise process User Content for service operation, customer support, product improvement, analytics, marketing, safety, legal compliance, and platform integrity.

13.3 Sensitive Content Caution. You should avoid submitting medical records, emergency information, trauma details, third-party confidential information, or sensitive personal information in public reviews, community posts, testimonials, or other public-facing areas.

13.4 Restrictions on User Content. You must not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, infringing, obscene, sexually exploitative, hateful, violent, self-harm promoting, privacy-invading, spam, malware-related, or otherwise harmful.

13.5 Moderation. The Company may remove, hide, edit, refuse, or restrict User Content where it reasonably believes the content violates these Terms, applicable law, platform rules, safety standards, intellectual property rights, or community standards.

13.6 Feedback. If you provide ideas, suggestions, feature requests, or other feedback, the Company may use such feedback without restriction or compensation, to the extent permitted by law.

14. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

14.1 Lawful Use. You agree to use the Services only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

14.2 Prohibited Technical Conduct. You must not reverse engineer, scrape, crawl, harvest, bypass security, overload, interfere with, test vulnerabilities without authorization, introduce malware, use bots to manipulate the platform, or attempt to access non-public systems or data.

14.3 Prohibited AI Misuse. You must not use the Services to generate or facilitate unlawful content, harmful instructions, harassment, self-harm encouragement, violent threats, medical misrepresentation, fraud, impersonation, deepfake abuse, privacy violations, discriminatory content, or other harmful or illegal activity.

14.4 Prohibited Commercial Misuse. You must not resell, sublicense, copy, extract, train models on, create competing datasets from, or commercially exploit the Services, content, prompts, outputs, product data, recommendation flows, or system architecture without prior written consent.

14.5 No False Information. You must not provide false account information, fraudulent payment details, false claims, fake reviews, misleading testimonials, chargeback abuse, or false quality complaints.

14.6 Compliance with Platform Instructions. You must comply with safety notices, product instructions, checkout requirements, age restrictions, consent flows, and other instructions displayed through the Services.

15. Intellectual Property

15.1 Company Materials. All content and materials made available through the Services, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, product descriptions, designs, layouts, software, prompts, system architecture, recommendation flows, databases, brand assets, trade names, and visual elements, are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

15.2 Limited Use Right. The Company grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial use and lawful purchasing activity, subject to these Terms.

15.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publicly display, create derivative works from, scrape, extract, train models on, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without the Company's prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.

15.4 Trademarks. Soul Alchemy World, Soul Match, Healing Hub, logos, product names, service names, and brand elements may be trademarks or trade dress of the Company. You may not use them without prior written consent except as permitted by law.

15.5 IP Complaints. If you believe content on the Services infringes your intellectual property rights, you may contact the Company with sufficient information to identify the allegedly infringing material and your rights. The Company may remove or restrict content where appropriate.

16. Marketing, Promotions, Influencers, and Testimonials

16.1 Marketing Content. Brand content, social media content, influencer posts, testimonials, creator content, lifestyle imagery, and product stories may be provided for informational, aesthetic, or marketing purposes and should not be interpreted as professional advice, medical claims, or guaranteed outcomes.

16.2 Promotions. Promotions, discounts, giveaways, bundles, limited releases, referral programs, creator codes, and campaign offers may be subject to separate rules, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, inventory limits, and regional restrictions.

16.3 Testimonials. Testimonials and user stories reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will have the same experience or result.

16.4 No Unapproved Claims. Users, affiliates, creators, and partners must not make unauthorized claims that Company products or services diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, mitigate, or manage diseases or clinical conditions.

17. Third-Party Services and Links

17.1 Operational Providers. The Services may rely on third-party providers for hosting, payment processing, logistics, analytics, advertising, email delivery, customer support, fraud prevention, AI infrastructure, content delivery, tax, accounting, and other operational functions.

17.2 Third-Party Policies. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate third-party terms, policies, fees, limitations, and privacy practices. The Company is not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.

17.3 External Links. The Services may contain links to third-party websites, content, platforms, providers, app stores, or resources. Such links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement unless expressly stated by the Company.

17.4 App Stores and Platforms. If Services are accessed through a third-party platform, app store, social media platform, or marketplace, that platform's terms may also apply.

18. Regulatory Boundaries and Jurisdiction-Specific Compliance

18.1 General Regulatory Position. The Services are designed as lifestyle, emotional support, self-reflection, commerce, and digital wellness services, not as regulated medical services, emergency services, or clinical software, unless expressly stated otherwise.

18.2 Mainland China Generative AI Notice. If and to the extent the Company offers public-facing generative AI services to users in mainland China, the Company will assess obligations under applicable Chinese laws and regulations, including requirements relating to personal information protection, data minimization, security assessment, algorithm filing where applicable, public disclosure of applicable model filing information where required, content safety, complaint channels, and minors' protection.

18.3 China User Obligations. Users must not use the Services to generate, submit, or distribute content that violates applicable Chinese laws, including content involving unlawful information, false information, national security risks, discrimination, violence, obscenity, privacy infringement, or other prohibited content.

18.4 United States FDA Boundary. Unless expressly stated with supporting regulatory documentation, the Services, Soul Match, Healing Hub, products, and AI Output are not FDA-cleared or FDA-approved medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, prevent, or manage any disease or condition. If future features may involve diagnostic, treatment, disease-management, or clinical-decision-support functionality, the Company will perform a separate regulatory assessment before launch.

18.5 Professional Licensing. Any professional service offered by a third-party provider is subject to that provider's own licensing, jurisdictional eligibility, informed consent, privacy, documentation, and professional obligations.

18.6 Local Law Variations. Features, products, services, claims, shipping options, subscriptions, or digital tools may vary or be unavailable in certain jurisdictions due to legal, regulatory, payment, logistics, platform, or operational restrictions.

19. Complaints, Reports, and Human Review

19.1 Complaint Channels. You may contact the Company to report privacy concerns, unsafe outputs, harmful recommendations, product quality issues, account misuse, intellectual property concerns, suspected fraud, or policy violations.

19.2 AI Output Review. Where you report an AI Output as unsafe, harmful, discriminatory, misleading, clinically inappropriate, or otherwise problematic, the Company may review the output, update routing logic, restrict content, improve safeguards, or respond as appropriate.

19.3 Human Support Limitations. Customer support may assist with account, order, policy, product, and platform issues. Customer support is not an emergency service and does not provide medical, clinical, legal, or financial advice.

19.4 Response Times. The Company aims to respond to support inquiries in a commercially reasonable manner but does not guarantee immediate response, continuous monitoring, or real-time intervention.

20. Disclaimers

The Company does not guarantee any specific emotional, aesthetic, wellness, lifestyle, commercial, psychological, physical, financial, personal, sleep, relationship, stress, productivity, or health result from use of the Services, Soul Match, Healing Hub, AI Output, digital content, or products.

Content, prompts, recommendations, product descriptions, routes, and outputs are provided for general information, lifestyle inspiration, self-reflection, and shopping support only and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax, customs, safety, or other professional advice.

20.4 No Warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.

20.5 Jurisdictional Consumer Rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies non-waivable consumer rights, privacy rights, product liability rights, or other statutory rights that apply to you under applicable law.

21. Limitation of Liability

21.1 Excluded Damages. The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services if it reasonably believes that you violated these Terms, created risk, engaged in fraud, abused platform functions, violated applicable law, harmed the Services, harmed other users, misused AI features, or harmed the Company.

24. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
